Tequila “Casa Dragones” is a new and exquisite brand of tequila, produced from 100% blue agave in the region of Tequila, Jalisco.
The “Casa Dragones” group specializes in a young type of tequila (tequila blanco) this type of tequila is the result of 5 years of maturity inside oak barrels and the manual care that provides it with its unique taste. The tequila is also added a tender splash of tequila añejo in order to heighten the flavor. All this to make the tequila stand out amongst others in the international market.
The making of this tequila involves a complex process. First to be tequila it must be produced in only one region in the whole of Mexico, this would be the region of Tequila, in the state of Jalisco. The “Casa Dragones” agave is cultivated in a field 1200 mts. above see level in a volcanic soil region that is rich with elements that help the plant flourish to it maximum potential. It take 8 years for the plant to reach full maturity. After this the agave plant is ready to be extracted fro the ground in order to make Tequila.
After the plant is ready and extracted from the ground, the “piñas”, the heart of the agave plant, is collected and undergoes a careful manual selection to ensure that only the best piñas are use on the elaboration of the “Casa Dragones” tequila.
This process is making the tequila “Casa Dragones” a luxury object. Each year, the product differs from the previous stock, as the individuals behind this product dedicate themselves to launch a newly-born edition, one in which all of the bottles are numbered and signed by Mexican artisans take part in the production of the bottles, manually creating unique pieces that last long after the tequila is consumed.
The philosophy behind “Casa Dragones” not only makes this tequila special, but also the traditional manufacture process that goes with it. The body, the color, the smell and flavor is the result of a great Mexican tradition. “Casa Dragones” brings excellence into the equation.
